I’d preferred to go and listened to Annelie Pompe. But that was not an option. Can’t I choose her instead?

Hi Kristina,
In the registration we have only added choice-boxes for the sessions that are held parallel to something else. This is because we want to get an indication of how popular the different parallel workshops and lectures are so we can adjust the size of the rooms to how popular the session is. We are expecting Annelie Pompe’s lecture to be popular so it is held as a joint section in the biggest lecture hall to fit as many people as possible.

Hej Cissi. Självklart. Alla studenter i Göteborg är välkomna! Änmäl dig även om du endast ska gå på filmen. Tänk sedan på att komma i någorlunda god tid. Det är först till kvarn som gäller. Välkommen den 14e!
I suppose the issue of environment and sustainability is world wide? And the usual slogan is ” global involvement”. Why can’t this event be equally opened to people who have passion in this discipline but are not students of the only two and limited institutions?
The issue is very well global. Sadly, equal to the earth, we as a university institution do not have unlimited resources. It is very resource demanding to organize an event like this and it is something that we do partly to fulfill the goals of the two universities. So the day is primarily open for students at the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers. However, the university organizes many other events on sustainability issues that are open to public. Have a look at the universities’ webpages where they post all their events!

Fika ingår. Matigt ekofika från Groovyfood vid kl15:30 och sedan bulle, frukt och juice vid kl18:30. Sedan finns ett café på HDK om man ändå är hungrig.
